Meet the Makers
We are proud to be working with some amazing earth-friendly independent makers. We love their passion and their desire to create something new and unique.
As a conscious consumer, you're likely to want to know a little more about the brands that feature in our collections, their inspiration and ethos, so here we are...
Reve Candles
Mindfully blended, Reve Candles are made from a luxurious, sustainable blend of soy and coconut wax infused with essential oils. Hand-poured in small batches by Mel in London since 2019, she is passionate about creating natural and beautifully scented candles. Their candles are vegan and cruelty-free – her dog Gizmo wouldn’t approve any other way!
Reve means to dream in French and she really hopes you enjoy the dream.
They have partnered with Ecologi to take real climate action and plant a tree for every purchase.
Calm Cocoa
Calm Cocoa hot chocolate was originally created by Meredith for her meditation classes as a delicious way to bring mindfulness to life. The range encompasses two things that are a huge part of how she supports her own wellbeing: meditation and chocolate. Each pack comes with a mini-meditation card to slowly sip along to. It's also a nod to the sacred origins of chocolate, which was mainly consumed as a drink.
Based out of a kitchen in Mid Wales, Meredith can often be found playing around with (and tasting!) chocolate. She makes Calm Cocoa by hand in small batches using ethically sourced single origin craft chocolate. Sustainability is really important to Meredith, from the ingredients she uses through to the home compostable and fully recyclable packaging.
The entire hot chocolate range is vegan friendly and Meredith's favourite mylk to mix it with is oat milk.
Speckled Hand
The talented Bryony is the creator and maker behind Speckled Hand. Having always adored crafting, she only recently found her love of all things clay.
From her South East London home, Bryony handcrafts jewellery, home accessories and gifts from lightweight air-dry clay. Being a naturally eco-friendly material (as no kiln is required), every piece is hand shaped, sanded, speckled and finished before being carefully packed. Usually a 3 day process, which she told us she still loves as much as the first piece she created!
Chalke Valley Soaps
From their home workshop in the beautiful Chalke Valley, Helga and her family dedicate their time to crafting beautiful high quality products whilst being mindful about their impact on the planet.
Inspired by her beloved grandma who also made her own soaps, Helga spent years perfecting the cold-process soap making with a view to make soap for her family to use as her grandma once did.
An unfortunate accident left Helga unable to follow her profession and around the time of Covid-19, she took to soap making to help her own wellbeing and to support the local community, the feedback was overwhelming and she has since become a full-time soaper.
Chalke Valley have created a stunning range of zero waste soaps, cruelty-free, vegan-friendly soaps which are packed to the brim with nut butters, seed oils, minerals and essential oils.
They donate £1 per mini variety box sold to support local and national causes.

She blends natural soy wax, with essential oils and botanicals to create a range of mesmerising scents. They are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. She has created a beautiful brand and products which remind people to look after themselves.

The Sunshine Bindery
Mell is the dreamer, shaker and magic maker behind The Sunshine Bindery. She creates joyful illustrated paper goods, hand crafted journals and eco-friendly stationary. Inspired by self-care, well-being and the zero waste movement, Mell loves nothing more than to get lost in creating beautiful items that customers can call their happy and safe space.

Charlotte Manser Ceramics
“The ability to craft an object from the material found beneath our feet is what drives my passion to create”, says Charlotte Manser.
Having graduated in Ceramics in 2017, Charlotte now spends her time working on large scale organic sculptures as well as timeless hand thrown pieces for the home, all with a sustainable philosophy at heart. Only firing the kiln when completely full, reclaiming unused clay, and the use of eco-friendly packaging are just a few of the ways she reduces her impact on the environment.
From her studio based just outside the Cotswolds she explores the use of texture, colour and glazes to create unique desirable pieces to hold and use.
